Little Paradise

We had an incredible stay at Little Paradise. The view from the balcony took our breath away, but inside the apartment the facilities made our stay very comfortable. Lorenza is warm and hospitable, bought some groceries for us prior to our arrival as we had requested and also checked in every day to make sure we had everything we needed. She really went above and beyond to make it a wonderful stay for us. The apartment was in a perfect location for us as it was at the end of the block so the views were even better. We stayed in June and it was quiet and we had the swimming pool to ourselves most of the time. Always penty of sun loungers available too. Taormina was a short walk away which we did most of the time, but we also requested taxis to and from the bus terminal (15EUR each way) and on our organised excursions (a mount etna tour, aerial yoga and a sunset boat ride from Giardini Naxos). The buses and taxis were extremely reliable and reasonably priced (from Catania, the bus was 7EUR per person). A super super trip to celebrate a big birthday with friends. Loved Little Paradise and Taormina was full of charm.

We noticed that the swimming pool added a tinge of yellow to all of our swimming costumes - presumably due to the chlorine/chemicals but since being home it's washed out.

The host is wonderful anticipating your needs and promptly answers any questions. The views are stunning and the pool fabulous. Very roomy accomodation with a kettle and tea/coffee facilities. Loved the washing machine.

Little paradise is exactly that. A gorgeous apartment with amazing views and great facilities. Lorenza is a fabulous host and so helpful. The little touches like the bottle of wine in the fridge made us feel very special and welcome. The kids loved the board games. The swimming pool is clean and easy to access. The beds were comfortable and made for a great nights sleep. I would highly recommend a stay here

The walk to the town could be a challenge if you were older or had very small children. It didn’t bother us though.

The view was breathtaking, coffee in the morning and afternoon drinks on the balcony were just amazing. The flat was equipped with everything you need, bottle of wine and pasta were a nice addition. The swimming pool was great, not heated but we were able to use it in the end of Oct. The communication with the owner was excellent, we could check in earlier and they helped us to get to the place since we were a bit lost in narrow, steep streets. Taormina was beautiful, charming, full of history, with great restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back.

The views from the balcony were magnificent! The apartment is nicely tucked away in a quiet area. Lorenza and her family were lovely hosts. Very helpful and attentive and provided some great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The bottle of wine and pasta left for us on arrival was a nice touch! The apartment was clean and tidy, up to date and bright and airy with good facilities and utensils. The swimming pool was lovely and a great way to cool down after a day exploring Taormina in the sun. Taormina is a beautiful place with loads to see and some wonderful restaurants and cafes. We're already planning to go back!

The apartment is quite a distance from the town (20 minute walk), which isn't too bad as it's mostly a nice walk, but the 200 yards or so closest to the apartment is a very steep hill, which was quite a struggle for us with a toddler and a pram. That was the only real downside, but that's the compromise for the beautiful views and quiet location. The shower cubicle is quite small but the shower is good.

Amazing view of the water and the town from the large balcony. The apartment was spacious, very clean and bright, there was ample seating available in the apartment and on the balcony. They let us check in early and provided us with lots of local recommendations, which was great! The apartment had good facilities (washing machine/AC, full kitchen), coffee machine/pods and a bottle of wine on arrival. We were able to use the private parking which is a rare find in Taormina and the pool was lovely!

It was slightly further out of town than expected, a solid 15-20min walk up/down hills which was fine for us a group of friends but probably not ideal for young families or people who don’t like walking.
