View from property and various balconies. Everything we needed was there and all was in very good order. Instructions for recycling very easy to understand. Plenty of storage space for clothes. Host was very good and answered any questions we had very quickly and in a very friendly manner

Massimo is an incredible host. Although, due to exceptional circumstances, he was unable to greet us on arrival he was easily contactable and responded to all of my questions pretty much immediately, at any time of day and made sure our check in went smoothly, even without him there. It was a pleasure to finally meet him on our last day. He even offered to help us when we missed our flight and said that he could accommodate us again if required. We stayed in the ground floor apartment, which was very spacious for a couple. The bedroom is perfectly pitch black at night for those who hate light peeking through. The water pressure in the shower is excellent. The kitchen facilities have everything you need to cook. The location is nice and high up and has a beautiful veiw of mount etna as you look out of your front window or step out of your front door. The walk to town takes around 10-15 minutes, however the walk back up can take a little longer if you are not good on your feet, it is a large hill climb/lots of steps. I would highly recommend car or bike hire if you struggle with walking. I am a slim 32 year old female and found the walk back up difficult at times. I would also recommend comfy shoes if you don't mind the walk! Overall, it was a great stay.

The apartment was well furnished with everything you need. The outside space was good with spectacular views. Massimo was a great host responding to queries quickly and making suggestions of places to eat. Would thoroughly recommend.

Yes it is a hike up out of town but if you plan your route and take it steady it's OK. AND remember the views are superb.

Nice house, Feels like backing to my childhood. Clean, safe, the bedroom is quite. Massimo is a very kind person.
