Precioso Apartamento frente del Mercado Central

Three airconditioning units. Superb location, just by the Mercado and series of breakfast cafes. Very neat bathroom. Fair price.

Tiny rooms (actually they had insufficient width). Building is old, entrance gives bad impression and small, difficult staircase to lift suitcases up (thankfully we were at 1st floor). Balcony door didn't open, but I'm sure it will be fixed soon.

Amazing location, facilities were great and the host was very helpful and informative. I would recommend the stay. Plus above and amazing coffee shop.

Market day was Monday. My front bedroom was outside the stalls and was woke early from their set up at half 6am.

Fabulous location if you like to be in the thick of it all, like we do. Central market is practically within arms reach from the exterior bedroom window. Antonella was a great communicator, waiting for us as agreed upon with the keys. She was very helpful resolving a problem to our satisfaction. It was nice that the bedrooms were of decent size, as was the bathroom and especially the shower. Unit was clean.

The central heating was not working so the first night was a bit chilly to one of us. Antonella came the next morning with extra blankets and set up a space heater which worked out ok. The twisty staircase is a challenge for us taller folk with some real headbanging opportunities - part of the old world experience. We were glad Antonella quickly carried the suitcase up.

During a time where is contactless check-in is on trend,we finally had an in-person check-in, Antonella was who welcomed us front of the accommodation. The accommodation was facing the beautiful Mercat Central.

Due to it’s old walls the place felt a little bit damp.

the location is very good

the shower, we were in 6 and every day at least 2 people taked a shower in cold water, because of the quantity of hot water available.

Well located in the city. Close to public transport. Plenty of places where to eat around the apartment.

- Apartment is not up to standard in comparison to other places we have booked before through booking.com. Dirty walls, wallpaper coming off the wall, difficult building entrance (too narrow for carrying suitcase/kids, low ceiling as you go up, plaster coming off the wall, needs repainting). - The TV in the apartment never worked. We reported this to the host right away and she reply to us that she already new and forgot to tell us when she gave us the keys the first day. She also mentioned that the owner was getting an engineer to get it fix next day. Never came. 4 days without TV. - The lights in the kitchen didn't work either. We also reported this to the host right way. Again, similar answer: she forgot to mention it to us when she gave us the key. It made us wonder what else she "forgot" to inform us about that we haven't discover yet. - The worst part for us was the cleanliness. Dirty toilet (unacceptable!), dust in every corner and behind doors. It seems that the dust has been there for weeks. It looks like cleaning is done superficially only. - We felt a bit unsafe since one of the windows is missing the lock.
