Precioso Apartamento frente del Mercado Central

Amazing location! You just left the building and go into the Central Market in Valencia (which is a must see and taste place). The apartment is in a very authentic old building where you can feel the spirit of old Valencia.

The key was left in a box at another building - 7-10 min away from this apartment. And we arrived after midnight in the city, so it was a little bit annoying.

The location was very good. The owner was very responsive and nice.

The apartment was dirty. I would have recommended to change the bed sheets. Shower gel and soap were in practically empty bottles, and there was no shampoo at all.

The bed frames were very noisy and squeeky, and there was no provided bathroom soap.

Close to/ in the center of old town. Clean, efficient, everything we needed.

Stairs were a little tight for our friends - but it worked.

The location of the apartment is great, right next to the big market.

All three air-conditioning units are leaking heavily. The owner must be aware of this problem for a longer time since the floor and walls are damaged by the water. When we arrived the owner prepared the apartment with plastic bowls under the air conditioning units for which one bed was pulled in the middle of the room. We were asked to dry off the floor when water was tripping on it. We had to keep the air-conditioning in the bedrooms out as one of them was super loud and the other one leaked so much that the water drops were annoying. Furthermore, the washing machine, microwave, and the blinds in one room were not working. The doors in the shower did not close completely. Don't keep valuables in the apartment as the window in the bathroom could not be closed correctly. Also, we had a cockroach in the apartment for which there was luckily an insect spray.
