דירה מרווחת, מיקום מעולה, מטבח מאובזר. מצעים נקיים מגבות נקיות. יש שתי מרפסות לדירה משדרג מאוד.

ניקיון כללי של הדירה ותחזוקה זקוק לחיזוק. הדלתות של המרפסות לא נסגרות כמו שצריך אז רעשי הרחוב הן בתוך הדירה.

"חוויה נעימה וכיפית"

הדירה הייתה ממש נקייה ויפה וחייבת להגיד שהמרפסת ממש הוסיפה. הקרבה של הדירה לים הייתה ממש מעולה. השירות שניתן מבעל המקום היה 10/10 בהחלט נחזור שוב ונמליץ לחברים :).

Lage Komfort für einige Tage ausreichend

Etwas abgewohnt, Fenster und Balkontüren schließen nicht richtig gut. Deshalb weckt einen der Lärm von Baustelle und Müllabfuhr sehr früh

Хорошее месторасположение. Близко к пляжу. Очень отзывчивый хозяин! Быстро оказывал помощь. Выручил с багажем! В номере есть все необходимое для жизни.1 этаж. Без лифта. Своей парковки в доме нет, только на улице.Кондиционер хороший. Вода в душе горячая.

Невероятно сильная слышимость всех звуков от соседей и абсолютно всех шумов с улицы (1 этаж), за исключением конечно субботы. Стекла обычные. Сам дом очень старый. Хорошо выспаться может и не получится. На прилегающей улице делают трамвайную линию. Честно говоря номер не стоит 200 долларов в сутки. Максиму на день-два можно остановиться, но не более... Диван для третьего человека комфортно подойдет только при условии роста не более 170 см.

Great position, close to the beach. Amazing communication with Nir the host. He was so quick to respond to any queries.

Shame the lift doesn’t work for the first 2 floors
