Great hospitality and the host gave a lot of tips for locals and good spots.

The location is really exceptional and the host is more than friendly and helpful but really great!

We left our bags at lunchtime which was no problem for our host Juan, who booked an excellent local restaurant for our lunch. Juan was a gracious and very knowledgeable host who gave us a lot of information and pointers on places to eat and things to see. The apartment is in an old building and simply furnished with a superb location. Being right in the centre of the old city, everything was on the doorstep. We had a very enjoyable stay and would be very happy to return to this apartment.

The location was superb being so close to the central market, plenty of good restaurants and many of the city's attractions. We loved the view looking out at the magnificent Silk Merchant building and grounds. Juan was a terrific host who gave us really good referrals for the city's restaurants and sites. The apartment was clean and quiet.

The apartment was very comfortable, clean and tidy, in an excellent location. Old building and apartment, in the very center of the old town. The view of Llotja de la Seda is magical. The host is very kind and communicative, both during the reservation and during our stay.

Very large old apartment in excellent location in the old town. Very lightly touched up conserving the original character. I liked it very much but I can believe that some others might think it too old fashioned, no dishwasher, one very small toilet in the far end of the apartment, not well heated, kitchen sparelesly equiped, beautiful tiles on the floor cracked…question of tastes but for me it was great experience after several more or less similar accommodations. The host, Juan, was superb, very cultivated and knowledgeable, helpful and gentle.

Central location Large apartment, would be good for larger groups of people and extended stays. We didn't use any of the facilities but they were free to use, washing machine, kitchen, all necessary things provided, such as detergent etc. Juan was a great host, very helpful and full of local knowledge and recommendations.

Noisy upstairs neighbours. Apartment is in a communal building with students above. The listing says on it (twice) that the building is soundproof, it is not soundproof in the slightest. The apartment needs some work, with the windows, etc. Expensive for what it was, but maybe this is Valencian prices.

Spectacular location and view right in the centre. Juan was so kind and helpful and will help advise you on local things to do if you're unfamiliar with Valencia.

The location of the flat is great. It could not be better to explore the city. The view on La Lonja from the flat is great. The flat is cosy, spacious and in the same time the interior emphasises original architecture of the building. Kitchen is well equipped and it's easy to cook and prepare meals. Even though it's so central, it was quiet outside. Juan was super friendly and outgoing host. He gave us tones of hints about the city spots and so it was easier to start our visit.
