Valencian Dreams Lonja NON-TOURISTY APARTAMENT

The location in the heart of the historic center; host; in the apartment you can find everything you need; good beds; balcony and beautiful view: quiet location although in the center. We thank the host for his kindness and very good advice!

The heating based on air conditioning and electric radiator, made the transition from the rooms to the bathroom and kitchen from hot to cold. That was the only discomfort.

Exceptional location in old town, clean, comfortable and spacious. Close to shops, restaurants and cafes. Juan was very kind and helpful. The apartment had everything you need, including a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen.

One night was very noisy from the nearby square... not so surprising I guess. The apartment is delightful but if you are not ok with the less perfect bits of an old place you should reconsider.... dripping air con , lots of cracked tiles etc .

The location is perfect.center center of Valencia and so much to dominee to zee within 15 minutes walking distance.

The appartement is not modern but everything is there and clean. In the (Near future) the place needs an upgrade. Didn’t botter is, we loved the place.

Our host Juan could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Location was superb, dead in the centre of the old town, a minute from the central market. Despite being surrounded by cafes and shop, the apartment - on the second floor - was very quiet. Window balconies gave a lovely view of the street, and the La Lonja building opposite Beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathroom facilities were fine. The apartment was clean, light and airy.

No lift, so my wife, who recently had a major hip operation struggled with the stairs. The lobby and stairwell, unlike the flat itself were dusty. The rooms were rather stark, - a few prints or posters would have brightened them up. A couple of easy chairs in the lounge would have been welcome - we used the fold-out sofa as our bed, though we could have used the other one in the side room.

Juan was very accomodating and made sure that our stay was incredible! We really could make the most out of it and got some history on the building along the way. Roomy appartement with all the neccesary facilities, authenticiteit elements and quiet.
