"A tranquil escape set in a beautiful garden and surrounds."

Loved country location. Lots of walking tracks nearby, as well as being a convenient base for day visits to other locations. Plenty of ready to eat food supplies, snacks and treats provided in cottage. Very friendly, accommodating hosts who went the extra mile in service.

"Last minute booking"

We booked last minute, the day before, and received a very warm welcome. Spotlessly clean, well equipped, everything you could need and more. Appreciated the little touches of milk and tea, so we could have a refreshing cup as soon as we arrived.

"Countryside Relaxation"

The amenities were very well thought of and everything you needed and more was there for you. The fan was a nice touch. Access to the beautiful garden. The table in the garden was the perfect place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee! Jackie and Roy were excellent hosts, very friendly and helpful.

"Home away from home and would stay again!"

So many extra comforts laid on like biscuits croissants milk butter and jam. Lively hosts and self contained unit with view of lovely garden and fields.

Only thing is upfront confirmation on parking and access.

Good location and really lovely views. Very comfortable and had everything you needed. Very nice to have some breakfast items, biscuits and coffee etc (even decaf) - only very small thing was fresh milk had gone off, but there was plenty of UHT milk, so not an issue at all. Thank you for the stay and friendly greetings.
