Very clean, self-contained unit with bathroom and kitchenette. Wonderful, hospitable hosts who provided some delicious croissants and small food items. These items were invaluable because I didn't realize there were no grocery stores or cafes/restaurants within walking distance. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

It was unclear how to turn on the shower because I thought the cord by the toilet was for something else. Maybe just leave a small sign for guests to read.

Perfect little place for our one night stay. Has everything you could need even for several nights We were attending a wedding not far away and asked if an early check in would be possible. Not only did Jackie arrange this for us but also dropped us off at the wedding! Highly recommend as a much nicer alternative to another chain hotel room..

The accomodition provided everything you could need for a stay and more. Excellent hosts.

The kitchen was a little restricted but was fully equipped.

i loved everything about the garden room, the host was friendly and welcoming, the room was spotlessly clean and decorated beautifully throughout, the room had everything you could ask for and more besides, a decent tv, a selection of books to read if you so wished, there was games provided, the kitchen may have been small, but it was compact and offered a microwave, a mini oven and grill, toaster and kettle, the hosts provided a selection of coffee, snacks and cereals, plus the milk jam and butter in fridge was welcomed for the croissants, the shower was lovely hot water and all shampoo and soaps was a good quality, toilet was spotless, on the whole i would recommend anyone visiting the area to stay in a comfortable and peaceful retreat, last but not least the garden is exquisite, and a joy to sit and relax in
