The apartment was both clean and cozy, featuring nearly new facilities. The water and electricity supply were stable. The location is convenient as well. I highly recommend this accommodation.

One bedroom was as you walked through the door to the apartment. Was unusual but we got used to it, so it was not a big problem.

Daina is the most wonderful hostess I have ever encountered. She drove me to the train station and to Teatro Greco, she is friendly, kind and extremely helpful. The apartment is large, clean and bright with a lovely terrace. The location is optimal for Piazza Santa Lucia and Ortigia, as well as Teatro Greco and the bus station. Deco supermarket is a 9 minute walk and the Sunday Market is a 3 minute walk. I would absolutely recommend Casa Mia Bella

Very large and nice apartament. There were no problem to park a car on the street next to it. Very helpful host Daina who recomended and reserved nice restsurant.

We had a one day, very nice stay in Daina's beautiful apartment. The apartment was easy to reach, we travelled by car and parked for free in front of the building. We arrived a little later than expected, but Daina was very kind, welcomed us with a big smile, and offered all information we needed for our stay. The city center was a light 15-20 minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment is just as in the pictures, new, modern, and very clean. Beds were comfortable, the 2 rooms and the kitchen were equipped with all necessary things. The bathroom was spacious with nice shower cabin, we had a lot of towels, basically we were very content of this jewel apartment :) Syracuse was our last stop in our round trip in Sicily and Daina was very kind to let us stay a little bit longer after check-out hours, to take a rest before our journey back home. :D We definitely recommend this cozy, modern apartment to groups who would like to stay in Syracuse!

We liked everything about the apartment, the neighborhood is also nice, close to main roads. The only observation we can have (which is not in the power of the host to improve) is that during late afternoon, around sunset there was a bigger group of people (men) on the street which looked strange, reason why we (group of women) chose to avoid that area. Later, when we got back from the city, the street and the area was quite empty, so it was safe for walking.
