The Facilities was excellent compare to the other previous places that we’ve been to. In addition, diana was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, we had a car accident just outside of her place and she helped us to Sort out the insurance problem.

The property was very very new clean and had all the utensils for the kitchen everything and she supply some cooking ingredients as well

Very clean house, ground level throughout. Private and quiet location. Very well maintained and everything fresh and spacious. Free on street parking. Excellent host very welcoming.

Daina is a great host. She always replied promptly, provided great tips and it was a pleasure to meet her in person. The appartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. Parking was also very easy, we found a spot basically right in front of the house every day. Though the area around the house might seem a bit shabby, the location is great - all the main sights are within a walking distance (max. 20 min.). It is also easy and quick to get out of Syracuse from Daina’s place by car in case you want to make some trips outside the town.

Very cozy apartment in the middle of Italian part of Syracuse. Ortigia is prepared for the tourists, but if you want to feel the Sicilian spirit , buy some local bread, visit small grocery or just drink the morning coffee with the locals, this is your place. And if you want to visit, all touristic places are within 10 min walk. The apartment in newly renovated and still has this brand-new smell. It's the most clean place we met in the whole Sicily. Probably because the owner is from Northern Europe and has different standards 😊 On top the host is a very charming person and adapts to your needs.
