The rooms are quite good and clean. But some of the facilities displayed on the website are not available.

Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff and unethical practices. 1. Check-In Issues: Upon arrival, the staff initially claimed that no rooms were available, despite our confirmed booking through Booking.com. We had even called the number listed on the site, and they had confirmed room availability. After showing our booking confirmation, they demanded an additional Rs. 600 to allow us to check in. We were forced to pay this extra amount to avoid further delay. 2. Poor Staff Behavior: The rooms themselves were decent, but the behavior of the staff was unacceptable. They were rude, argumentative, and seemed intent on extorting more money from guests. 3. False Payment Claim: The next day, we received a phone call from a staff member claiming we hadn’t paid for the second night, even though we had paid the full amount—including the extra Rs. 600—during check-in. While we were out sightseeing, they insisted we return immediately to settle the supposed dues. This disrupted our plans entirely. 4. Repeated Harassment: On returning to the property, we showed them the booking confirmation again, clearly indicating payment for two nights. Even then, they insisted we speak to their superior later that night. Around 9 PM, the superior showed up at our room, called us out for a discussion, and aggressively demanded payment once more. Coincidentally, the AC and TV in our room had been shut off earlier, which we suspect was done intentionally to pressure us. 4. Unpleasant Checkout Experience: On the day of checkout, the power in our room was switched off around 10 AM (checkout time was between 10–11 AM). We noticed the staff manually turning it back on when we reached the reception, further suggesting it was done deliberately. Overall, this experience ruined our trip, wasted our time, and caused a great deal of stress.

Property confirmed the booking over phone, on the travel date when I called they denied the booking and they gave another contact where they were over charging more than the listed price. I will not recommend this through booking.com
