Clean place for a comfortable stay

Attitude of the host is pathetic. Whenever he wants to contact, he summons the guests to his office, which we have enter after removing footwear. When I wanted to extend the stay by a day, he said he will charge Rs 3000/- per day, which is nearly Rs500 above the on line price. So I extended my stay online. He got angry and started schooling me. When I reached the place at 1 pm on first day, the room was not ready and had to wait for nearly one hour. But on the last day, we were literally thrown out of room at 11 am. (May be is unhappy that I extended my stay online) They don't provide even basic things like soaps in the wash rooms. Breakfast not available. Coffee & Tea are not good
