Ameya Homestays Brand New Fully Furnished 3BHK & 2BHK Apartments.

The property seems to be fine. Location is calm & good. There were only 2 staff boys from North India & were cooperative & understood that the basic facilities were lacking & that is how it is here.

Property lacked basic facilities. What ever shown in the site while booking the apartment was not given to 1% also. There were no water bottles, Soaps/Shampoo, Towel 1 for 5 people, No wifi, TV is not working. No water filters, No Microwave, Rusted water Kettle, No Plates, No Mosquito machine, bathrooms were stinking with the acids they used to clean. Very congested. No car parking (you have to keep your car on road). Though boys were cooperative & understood these facts to be arranged when they are charging 2500/night. Owner feels that in entire city you will not get apartment with this rate. 4 floors with no much occupancy. I will never recommend this facility untill unless they provide min facilities like water & toiletries.

Hospitality..

Stove in the kitchen. Or something electric equipment to cook. Kitchen without equipment is of no use
