Location near the Central Market with restaurants, shops in close proximity. Enough space and privacy for a family. Cleanness. Two bathrooms. Kind and responsive host.

Cigarette / weed smell can get in the whole apartment via the lower bathroom. Perhaps one of the neighbors is a strong smoker. The apartment must have been very nice but it's now showing marks of wear in many places. Extra fee is charged for late check-in (€35 for 21-22, €50 for 22-23).

Cute property, close to market and to main street, tucked away in a very quite street.

Difficult to locate and taxis cannot get to the door. Dustbin location unclear. Valencia can be difficult to navigate for non-spanish speakers although the people are quite lovely.

Location couldn't be better! Also very clean and comfortable. Was perfect for our needs.

Our #1 complaint is that one of the neighbors smoked frequently and caused a very strong smell of smoke, especially in the lower level (bedrooms). It was very unpleasant and caused all of our clothes to smell like smoke. For this one reason I would not stay in this location again. Which is sad because everything else was wonderful. The only other minor complaints were that there are a few little things that could make the facilities more comfortable, particularly the bathrooms. A place in the showers to put soap and toiletries while showering, and more towel hooks, would have been helpful. More complementary toiletries would have been nice as well (more shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper) to avoid having to shop for these things on our own. But these were minor complaints, the smoke was by far the major complaint.

Wonderful host to greet us. Great location 2 minutes to the Mercado for food booths and shopping. Great cafeterias downstairs and around the corner. Cute furnishings. Great patio.
