Very good central location, the apartment is well equipped with all that we needed and living room is well decorated, flexible check in time. There is an elevator in the house. 3 separate bedrooms but only 1 bathroom downstairs, not super convenient.

Bathroom and dormitories are a bit old and dark. We were given just 1 pack of gel and shampoo each, that was not enough for 2 days.

Excellent location within the old town, the street felt quiet in the day time but a few steps away and one was immediately in the thriving cafe environment. A very friendly and warm greeting upon arrival and we were showed around the property to let us know where everything was. We were also allowed to access the property (and given the keys) slightly earlier than expected which was a nice bonus. 2 bathrooms and a nice layout of the apartment with the bedroom on the upper floor. The kitchen also had all the equipment and appliances we needed. Lift access was a huge bonus, especially when arriving slightly tired with lots of luggage. Nice fixtures and fittings and we liked the design of the apartment which was exactly to our aesthetic taste.

The terrace appeared different to the photos in many ways and was a disappointment as it was one of the prime reasons for booking the apartment, e.g. there was no canopy/awning as shown in the photos - this made sitting out there quite unbearable with no shade from the heat. The plants also appeared to be dying and weeds growing out of the pots. The sofa on the terrace was dirty (e.g. bird droppings). It all appeared to be quite well-worn and unloved. With regards to the inside of the apartment, this was all fine apart from the rug (most likely caused from people not taking their shoes off when entering the property and walking around with dirty shoes) and the footstool cubes in the lounge which appeared dirty with what looked like coffee stains, etc, on them. If the terrace was spruced up and the rug & foot stools were professionally cleaned, this would improve the presentation of the apartment immensely. Additionally, although it was an area which has a strict noise prohibition in the evening, on the first night we stayed we heard quite a noisy group nearby (not sure if it was within the apartment block or another nearby building), who were dragging chairs across the hard floors and talking loudly which woke us up. I also appreciate that there is a keen desire to recycle, but having no recycling bins within the building meant taking the recycling past all the people in the cafe and walking across the square. I have stayed in Sevilla where the accommodation provided recycling bins within the building, not sure why this could not be done within this building.

Perfect location, comfortable, quiet apartment, well equipped and very clean. Terrace lovely and split level gave very spacious feel.

Nothing, it was perfect.

The location was outstanding for old town access and ability to taxi for broader exploration of the city. The apartment was a good size, including reasonable bathroom space for Europe. The primary bed was very comfortable. The secondary bed was a fold-out couch which was “pretty comfortable” based on multiple nights usage. Kitchen had all necessary items to make eating at the location easy. Offered a refresh housekeeping midway through my two-week plus stay.

The bathroom, especially the main floor, had an unpleasant smell. When we arrived there were maintenance issues that had not been resolved (bathroom electrical socket protruding from the wall; hot water heater was not working, broken furniture on balcony). Most items addressed within three days but, not all. The apartment has a nice size balcony with a view of basically nothing but flats opposite. The street is one short block and very dull. Thus, the outdoor space was not appealing to use. My apartment was two stories; a surprise. So, be sure to get details when booking if you are mobility challenged. Dark entry that was not very tidy.

Location great, modern and spacious apartment, very good communication with host.

Not well maintained in some aspects: kitchen sink didn’t empty properly, pans looked very much used, toilette tank didn’t fill properly, broken towel hooks in bathrooms. The host said he will take care of these.

Location location location. It’s in the heart of the old town and you can easily walk to any of the major sights in the old town. It’s also within easy distance of some excellent restaurants and shops.
