FLORIT FLATS - The Jardines del Turia Apartment

Čisté a pohodlné ubytování. V apartmánu je vše, co člověk potřebuje. Vše je v dostupné vzdálenosti (městská doprava, park turia, obchody, centrum města, pláž...)

Malý nedostatek byla absence terasy, nebo balkonu, ale nevadilo to. Skoro pořád jsme byli venku :)

Excellent location for sightseeing in city centre. Close to shops, restaurants, bars and bus station. Very useful washing machine and dishwasher. Comfortable beds. Secure building with friendly neighbours.

No view of any sort, not that important when out of the apartment all day but felt a bit dark when there. Asked for early check in and was told to ask when arrived which we did, only to be told it wasn't possible as lock was on a timer. Would have been useful if this had been made clear from the outset instead of giving false hope of an early entry.

You do not need to meet someone to open the doors, this is good if you arrive late. You need to download an app to open the doors. I am not good with IT but this was very easy. It is less than 10mins walk to Turia metro and right beside the Jardin de Turia that runs through Valencia.

Great apartment! Very good location, well equiped. Very good for families - 2 separete bedrooms (we were with two sons 8,9 years old).

Clean and comfortable apartment with all staff you need for living. Nearby the apartment is a bus stop, cafes and shops. It is 25 minutes walking to the center. It is a little bit cold at night in December, but there is air conditioning heating in the apartment

Perfect stay for 2 nights as 4 adults without much luggage. Apartment is situated on the first floor accessed by stairs or elevator. Well equipped kitchen - could easily cook meals, there was also a dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Kettle in the cupboard as well as coffee and sugar. Started pack of dish soap etc to use too. Wifi worked well most of the time. TV had Netflix/Prime. A full length mirror by the entrance, plus vanity mirror in the main bedroom. Bathroom was great, shower had very high pressure and also Rituals body wash/shampoo supplied. Hairdryer supplied including diffuser. Main bedroom had a comfortable bed and ample storage. Second bedroom not as much space but this didn’t matter for us - hanging rail for clothes with ample hangers supplied. 2x electric radiators as well as AC/heater in the main living space and blankets/fans too. Approx 15 min walk to centre of city but plenty of cafes in the local area. Host very responsive via message

We drove to Valencia and despite free street parking around the apartment we could not find an available space whatsoever… so ended up paying for a private underground space nearby. The bed in the smaller room was rock hard which is not to my liking. Only 1 plug socket in this room. There wasn’t enough space on the sofa for 4 adults to relax on. Only 1 towel and pillow per person with no spares available. All quite minor things for a short stay, but perhaps worth considering for a longer stay.

A handful of minor issues which we have shared with the owners, that did not interfere with our enjoyment of the flat but stop us from giving the property an "Exceptional" rating.
