FLORIT FLATS - The Jardines del Turia Apartment

We were pleasantly surprised by the size and fit-out of the apartment - I wish my kitchen at home was as well-equipped as here! The key collection was very straight-forward - thank-you to our host for your communication and taking the time and effort to make this procedure as easy as possible. The location was good - there are buses and trams reasonably close by and the Jardin de Turia and its many parks were basically just across the road which was ideal, as we were travelling as a family.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable, the owner was not so helpful.

The apartment feels quite well put together and is neat. It is comfortable and conveniently close to the centre, although a bit far to visit some popular areas of the city on foot, such as Russafa.

The process of getting the keys was straightforward enough but in the days before arrival I was asked my estimated time of arrival at the property because I might be charged 30€ after 20:00. This seemed a bit silly since the keys were in a padlock case opposite the property. It made me suspect that they would send someone only after 20:00 in order to charge the late fee, but leave the keys in the padlock if they thought that I would arrive earlier and, therefore, they would not be able to charge the late fee.

It was quiet location wasn’t to bad, not enough comfortable seating in the lounge, not enough utensils for 4 people.

It was rather basic for the money that we paid. Think it should be made aware more 2 adults plus 2 children. Very disappointed

Good location near Turia garden and city center, flat is nice and good communication with the owner.

Baby cot wasn't comfortable for sleeping, as it was baby fence so to say but we solved it another way.

very clean, modern and well equipped.

no views from any window apart from looking into other apartments. only one electric socket in 2nd bedroom & no storage except for a hanging rail.
