Valencia Luxury - Sea Port I

The apartment was modern and comfortable. Close to amenities and restaurants, easy to get into the centre as bus stop really close by, and within walking distance (20 minutes) of the beach. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops are close by, so a lot of choice.

There was no dish rack to dry the dishes, so we used the dishwasher racks. No dishcloth to dry them. Not enough dishes, cutlery, etc. to be able to use the dishwasher. The whole apartment was good, but needed a renovation as the door handles and other features were losing paint, and for the price, you would not expect it to be in that state. It is in a central area, so it would never be quiet. The table to eat at is too small to work on and also metal, so cold and not comfortable to sit on the stools/chairs. Would not recommend for a business trip, only for couples.

We enjoyed our stay. The accommodation looked beautiful, the bed was comfortable and the view was lovely. There were also many cafés and shops nearby, which made the location very convenient.

There was a slight smell coming from the sewage/drainage system when entering the building and in the hallways.

The communication was easy via whatsapp chat

The house is definitely NOT worth for money we paid. There were many things in the house requires maintenance. The cupboard that sink sits on was bended. The sink in the kithcen was leaking, the curtains were dirty. the lights were winking. Almost half of the sockets were not working. Of course the pictures looks great prior to booking but the real experience wasn't that great. Hopefully the responsible people would read this and take care of the maintenance issues in the house.

Mooie ruime kamers, lekker bed. Ligt in het midden tussen het strand en centrum waardoor alles makkelijk te fietsen was. Tegenover het appartement de valencibi fietsjes, en een fietsenverhuur winkel voor de wat luxere fietsen. 2 heerlijke ontbijt tentjes op loopafstand.

La posizione era eccellente, ben collegata ai mezzi di trasporto. Doccia molto grande e spaziosa. Televisione e divano molto belli. Il terrazzo in comune spazioso

La pulizia, tavolo da pranzo molto piccolo. Poche luci soprattutto in bagno. Inoltre in bagno mancano mobili per appoggiare i propri effetti personali

Czysto, pachnąco i wygodnie. Lokalizacja pomiędzy centrum a plażą. Za rogiem Mercadona a na dole lokalna knajpka z pysznym tapas w dobrych cenach.
