Valencia Luxury - Sea Port I

This beautiful, modern and stylish apartment is well designed and equipped. We enjoyed every detail of it and found it clean and comfortable. We found the location very practical, right between the city centre, the beach and the City of Arts and Sciences. It is very well connected to all parts of the city by public transport.

Only thing we didn’t like is that you need to trow the garbage before you leave the appartment. This item should be included in a cleanig fee.

Die Ausstattung war gut

Die Lage war schlecht. Liegt neben zwei stark befahrenen, dreispurigen Strassen und oberhalb zwei Lokalen. Die Fenster und das gesamte Appartement schlecht isoliert, daher hört man speziell in der Nacht alles.

Eenvoudige toegang met code, aangename inkomhal, gezellig appartement, modern ingericht, propere lakens en handdoeken, nabije toegang tot het zonnige dakterras met comfortabele zeteltjes, vlotte communicatie met de host, vriendelijke poetsvrouw, goede service :-) Vlakbij het appartement zijn er bushaltes waardoor je vlot naar het strand of het centrum kan gaan, alsook zijn er supermarkten op wandelafstand ( bv een Mercadona op enkele meters afstand), apotheken, bars, ...

we misten iets van kapstok bij de deur om jas op te hangen, alsook opberg mogelijkheid in de badkamer (voor bv toiletzak) in plaats van het kleine metalen tafeltje tegen de muur, zou een rond tafeltje met enkele stoeltjes errond handig zijn in de living. In elk geval vonden we het huidige tafeltje met bankjes niet echt praktisch om te eten. Maar dat is allicht persoonlijke smaak :-)

Die Abwicklung mit dem Deposit war katastrophal!!!

Il mio appartamento era bellissimo. Tutto era perfetto

La posizione, per raggiungere il centro e il mare bisogna usare i mezzi. Non c’era macchina del caffè.
