Comfortable beds Both showers were very good. Neighbour's was quiet. Generally clean and tidy. Parking was handy. Staff were helpful.

Smell downstairs like sewage which seemed to be mainly around kitchen and toilet. I bleached drains & toilets which didn't help. Silver fish on kitchen side around sink. Main oven had no knob so couldn't cook pizzas for family of 6 as didn't fit in small top oven. The brokon garden chairs and fans and missing towels were amended so staff were helpful on this matter.

The property had general dirt everywhere, 2 of the fans didn't work, every single garden chair was broken and unusable, couldn't use main oven as no dial, only 1 teaspoon could be found and this for some reason was in the bathroom cabinet... dishwasher was taped and looked unsightly, damp/mould on kitchen wall. We stayed 2 nights on the night before checkout (we had been in the property less than 24hrs) the host/manager messaged asking what time we were leaving, I said i wasnt sure but their checkout time was the following day at 12 they then messaged again the following morning asking when we were leaving. This was making us feel very rushed. There were 4 people and only 2 large towels and 2 hand towels, the tone of the messages from host did not make us feel like we could reach out and ask for anything. No one checked to see if we were settled or needed anything. The freezer was very over frosted, missing a door shelf in fridge so couldn't have milk upright etc, missing basic utensils and just an overall negative feeling throughout the stay. The mattress in main Room was very solid and uncomfortable and the sink damaged and access to plug sockets in 2nd bedroom was difficult. I wouldn't recommend or stay again. We did take some photos.

La maison à 3 toilettes ce qui est très bien pour une famille

Nous étions 6 il n'y a que 4 chaises. Nous n'avons que 4 serviettes et 3 fourchettes . Le lave vaisselle est coincé contre un rebord de la fenêtre donc on ne peut pas l'ouvrir. La machine à laver est très sale et le four infecte. On a pris le bus. Pratiquement 2 heures rien que pour aller au centre et 2 heures pour le retour. Très éloigné. Et le pompon de l'histoire nous sommes rentrés le soir et il n'y avait plus de chauffage. Un technicien a dû venir le lendemain pour venir réparer donc nous sommes tous malades
