Great value. London isn't cheap to stay in by any means but this fitted my requirements great. Convenient walking distance to the metro.

Everything about the apartment. Responses to our request was received on time. All the staff are friendly, supportive and excellent. They the kinds of people you pray to meet and work with. They are a star ⭐.

The pictures on the internet didn't express how good the apartment is holistically.

Nice bedroom with free toiletries. Bathroom was good. Handful of kitchen tools for cooking. Quiet neighbourhood.

We told the housekeeper that we will checkout at 12pm but she came very early at 11.15am and just went inside the house to sit & wait while we were busy preparing our things. This is a matter of privacy for us. No sofa bed in the living room given as stated in description. The wifi name given is not the same as what the actual wifi connection in the house. Previous renter change the language on the TV and they did not change back to original English. Even the housekeeper cannot change the setting back. Luckily I manage to change the setting.

Good location close to the Elizabeth line. Just big enough for a family of 6. Quiet area. Very comfortable bed. Good wifi

Height restrictions on the parking. There was a £100 cash security deposit required which was in the fine print of the add that we didn’t see and it was a pain getting cash. No instructions given for heating system. Property manager could use some hospitality lessons.
