The house itself is nice, it goes through 2 floors, has two bedrooms, a livingroom, a fully equipped kitchen. There's a TV with Netflix and other programs. Theres good wifi across the house + there is a small yard where you can have nice breakfast outside. Note that you also have to pay a deposit when you arrive. I hadn't noticed it and it was a bit of a hassle, but the owner of the house was reasonable and nice person, so we finally came to agreement about it. Also it was nice thtat the check in time was flexible.

The house is nice, but you really need to change the person who hands you the keys. Shes rude, uneducated, lazy and unfriendly and it affects the overall experience. In very few times have I seen a more unfriendly person since first moment. In addition to the really rude attitude, she didnt show us how to use things (the gas cooker for example or the TV or the door lock that has a specific way of closing). She also had left us towels only for 2 people even though I had made the booking for 3 and in the end I was the one to blame, because she told me before leaving if theres anything else I want to ask and it reallt didnt cross my mind to count the towels or ask about the other things. Both times we met she had a really unfriendly attitude and made us feel very unwelcomed. Also the house is a bit hard to find, since there is no house number on the booking confirmation.

Great location, safe area. Walking distance to shop and tube station. Whole unit to yourself. Parking directly at back door. Good communication with host/management, very accommodating and friendly/helpful.

Kitchen moderately clean, oven only pertially functional, no toaster, dishwasher broken and washing machine dirty/smelly. Musty smell in kitchen. Housekeeper could have been friendlier.
