Dobra lokalizacja, bezproblemowy kontakt z gospodarzem, możliwość użycia udogodnień typu sauna/jacuzzi. Czyste ręczniki, czysta pościel.

Woda często leciała albo wrzącą albo zimna, ciężko było się wykąpać bez poparzenia ale lepiej w tę stronę niż jakby nie miało być jej wcale :p przydałoby się więcej produktów kuchennych typu ręcznik papierowy, mikrofalówka, kawa.
