Very Loud beach club along the Marina

Good location near the restaurants and beach in a great city. The host was very friendly and helpful. The flat was nice if a bit small. It had everything needed.

The bed was a bit on the firm side. Parking was difficult with the nearby public parking 'patrolled' by young men.

L’insonorisation est très mauvaise. La chambre à coucher est adjacente à celle des voisins, on entend donc tout.

Incredibly comfortable and clean and in the best location in Valencia, with a fantastic roof terrace with great views. Juanvi is a really kid and helpful host. The apartment has everything you need and is a lovely place to be.

The apartment is on the best location in Valencia. Next to the beach and restaurants, bus stations, magazines. The apartment is just 2 minutes walk to the beach. Juanvi is the best host I have ever met! He is super friendly and helpful. At the check out he brings to our little daughter a good bye gift! He was so nice with us! Thank you Juanvi for all!!!

The apartment wasn’t clean enough, the bedsheets was overused, the plates and kitchen appliances were dirty. It is a sofa bed in the living room but we can’t use it because it was dirty.

Self Catering so no Breakfast

there could have been more Kitchen utensils.

Perfekte Lage direkt am breiten Sandstrand, mit vielen tollen Restaurants in der Nachbarschaft – und ganz besonders der Sonnenaufgang im Meer direkt vor der Terrasse Wir sind jeden Tag früh aufgestanden, nur um dieses spektakuläre Erlebnis nicht zu verpassen.

Wer gerne ausgeht oder mitten im Geschehen sein möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Die Nähe zur Partymeile sorgt aber auch dafür, dass es fast rund um die Uhr Musik und Lärm gibt – besonders abends und am Wochenende kann es laut werden. Wer Ruhe sucht, sollte das vorher wissen!
