Apartamento playa Las Arenas

Really nice and helpful host. Apartament has convenient terrace with sea view. Beach is basically next to the building. Really good place.

The bed was small and the matress to hard for us. Also there was noise of neighbours because of the thin walls in the bedroom

The apartment is fully consistent with the description, it is located on the first line of the sea, has a large veranda with umbrellas, sun loungers, a dining table. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, in the living room - a sofa bed, equipped kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning with ventilation throughout the apartment. No noise is heard from the street. The apartment is clean and comfortable, bed linen, plenty of towels (including beach towels) - everything is very clean and tidy. The area is very lively, close to the promenade, many restaurants, bike paths, bike rental, public transport stops. The apartments have easy access to the airport and city center by public transport. The owner is very friendly and attentive, provided information about restaurants, nearby shops. Communicates quickly.

I didn't find any flaws.

The appartment is perfect for two people and it has all you need for your stay. The host is very nice and friendly and he answers all your questions promptly. The location is great, the terrace is a big bonus and the view an even bigger one. It was one of the hottest summers in Valencia and we were happy the air conditionner worked well.

The only problem, we think, is the shower, it had no pressure, so it was hard to wash off completely the shampoo out of my hair, but other than that, everything was fine!

The apartment is in a beautiful location above the shops and in front of the beach. The apartment contained everything we needed during our stay. Including beach beach chairs. Shops, restaurants and bars were right under the appartment and supermarkets just a short walk away. Just a 15 min walk into the city of Valencia. Or catch the hop on and off tour bus at the end of the street. The host was Juanvi was a lovely charming man he spoke good english and was in contact before, and during our stay to offer assistance when needed. I would highly recommend this appartment and would definitely stay here again.

Travelling on a Harley Davidson we like to have secure parking. Or at the very least be able to see the motor bike from the apartment. There is plenty of on street parking outside the apartment. But it's always busy and can struggle at busy times to get parked. And can also get blocked in by other cars. There is also under ground parking not far away. But we didn't try that.

The noise from the outside bars can be a bit overwhelming and the shower needed instructions.

The landlord is very friendly and helpful. When I inform him that is not sufficient of trashbag, chopping board. He gets it for us. Also, give us recommendations on the restaurant to try and waited for us desire the flight is late in arrival. Bid a farewell before we leave the place.
