the setting right by the beach with our own private garden was excellent. Also very easy access by nearby metro to the city centre

The location of this apartment is ideal, looking over the beach with loads of restaurants nearby to choose from & still a beautiful walk to Valencia city.

"Nice stay!"

The location was great! The terrace has a really nica view and it's great to relax too. The house was clean and has good facilities. Staff is really helpful and extremely nice!

The noise from the disco near by at the marina. It was tricky to fall asleep due to that. There os nothing that can be done but it is very annoying to have the music until that late. Ot disturbed our sleep.

"Fabulous location in Valencia."

Location is fabulous, terrace with sea view is a nice place for working at evening. Kitchen is well equipped. Big street parking (free), a lot of restaurants nearby.

Small bed room without window (or rather with blocked window as it is facing inner hall of the building) but this is not really problem,

"Beautiful apartment on the beach in a magnificent city"

Juanvi was the perfect host. Always on hand if needed, answered text messages within minutes. Gave great recommendations for eating out and connects to bike hire and other tourist activities. Lovely man!

No oven or toaster but there is a microwave, hob and toastie maker. This had no effect on our stay as we ate out each day. The apartment is above a row of restaurants and the food was reasonably priced and good quality

Beautifull location at the beach. The wifi and airconditioning in the appartment where excellent. Juanvi was a perfect host realy interested in his customers .
