Easy to find with parking. Had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, nice hot shower. Close to the centre of Waterloo- 2 minute drive or 15-20 minutes walk.

Unfortunately you could hear the person above moving around and talking upstairs but it did not spoil our stay as it was not a problem at night.
