The location was great. We were travelling to visit family in Elmira and it was quick and easy to get there and back. It's local to restaurants and the highway or if you don't want to drive you can uber

The unit could use a paint refresher, the walls were a bit dirty and the dining room chairs need to be looked at as two of them were slightly broken

Four of us stayed to visit our friends at Laurier, it was a 20 minute walk to downtown and was in a great location. With a 10 minute walk to get food like subway. The place was very spacious and pretty. The living room and kitchen was great too. Heating and AC works well. Lots of parking space. It was easy to get into the property.

It did smell a bit in certain areas like the bedroom and kitchen. It smelled heavily of cheap cigarettes in the bathroom so we had to open the window. There was gum stuck to the couch and in the sink. As well as throw up outside on the porch, all probably from the previous people who stayed. It wasn’t a major issue, just something to look out for when cleaning.
