A localização é boa. As instalações estão muito mais deterioradas que nas fotos, não condizem com a realidade.

O atendimento é péssimo, desde a chegada até o fim da estadia, ninguém nos atendeu para absolutamente nada. Não respondem o whatsapp que é o único canal de atendimento, um absoluto descaso com os hóspedes.

AC was very performant, water pressure very good. Piping hot water available if you let it run for a few seconds. Location is very good. Overall, value for money was good (just some things they need to work on, like communication).

The communication is horrible, they have a chatbot answering their messages, which is nice for basic info but horrible if you actually need something. After 2 days still no reply. The people of the café downstairs should be paid for how they help us out when the Mezcaleria (with whom they do work) is closed. The room of our friend was way fancier but he had paid about the same as we had, yet he got an almost daily room service tidying up (place gets full of sand) while we only saw someone 1x in a ±5 day stay. There are 2 pools on the roof, they're accessible through stairs, but no information on whether they're to share or private (not even the person staying in one of the adjacent rooms could tell us). The pool on the ground floor is not as big as it looks in the pics, and people don't hang out there as much as they make it seem. There was no check-out info in our room, we got the information from another guest who did receive the info.

There is no hotel office, so communicating with admin was very inconsistent. Our AC did not work and wasn’t tended to for 24 hours!

Quiet, cool and relaxing. Very close to the beach.

Wine glasses and a corkscrew would have been helpful.
