Haven’t Been maintained in years. Barely any water

Door lock broke and there was no one to help me- I guess the host was out of town. I had to leave my door unlocked for 2 days. He did agree to 50% off. I did stay there, it was too late in the night to find another place. Also I heard that there were places in town for 1/3 of the price. Also - no blanket , only a top sheet.

Perfect place to unwind

The property is in a very quiet area of zipolite where I best like to stay, very close to the roca Blanca , the main street , close to restaurants and beach access. The best part is that the small mezcal bar in this building is the best quiet bar with amazing people that go there A weekly bbq in the court yard by the pool 3-4 nites per week with amazing food. This place is priced so that it doesn’t affect one’s budget. Zipolite overall is amazing beach community and my next trip be number 6 in less than 2 years.

Pool is very quaint but I didn’t chose the accommodations on my pool needs, go to the vibrant beach when there.

La habitación es enorme y tiene una cocineta (aunque no la usamos), nos dejaron un garrafón de agua potable y trastes; el personal atento y al pendiente de la limpieza de la habitación. La habitación muy bien iluminada y la cama muy cómoda

Se encuentra en el extremo oeste de la playa, por lo que está algo alejado de los restaurantes. Además, en temporada de lluvia el acceso es un poco complicado

El aire acondicionado y tamaño de la habitación. El agua caliente que en Zipolite es un lujo.

La conexión de internet era muy mala. El mantenimiento es deficiente, la cocina se veía horrible y en general ha decaido ya que yo he estado en dos ocasiones anteriormente.
