Apartment Central

The room is in an excellent place 5 minutes walking from Cathedral Jakova and the sea. There is a market 10 meters next to it and a motorbike parking on the other side next to it. The studio is well equipped, the only thing we needed would have been a pan, there was not any.

Good location, very close to the bus station. Very good wifi connectivity, works even at the fast food downstairs.

The host takes a long time to reply; had to call him to get the check in procedure. Good part: he allowed for early check in (appreciate it). Found a large grasshopper in the room, luckily the cleaning lady passed by and took care of it. Windows don't have nets, insects come in easily (especially mosquitos). Had to keep the windows closed. The bathroom has a small boiler. During my second night I had no hot water. The tap renders only cold water and is leaking. There are no pots, nor equipment, kitchen cannot be used for cooking. Host said I can check out at 10.30 but the cleaning lady was already at the door at 10.00 AM. Overall, I feel he did not like to be disturbed.

Excellent central location & great relation of price to quality!

It took a while to get a code for the door & extra bed sheets for the 2nd person, but all good in the end. Steep stairs not for everyone, certainly not for drunk people :)

Location is amazing

Large spacious apartment with all amenities. The location is great, close to the bus station, market and center. Beautiful view from the window.

Everything was good.

The host was very kind allowing us to stay longer on the day of the departure. The apartment is spacious for the studio. Everything was as expected.

I propose to add some kettle for hot water.

The space in the apartment, the location near the old town, very central.

It’s really dark in the evening to walk up the last narrow staircase to reach the apartment. A light would help.

The landlord said the router was broken, so there was no wifi. Unfortunately, the water heater was also broken, so there was no hot water for showering. Even the hair dryer was broken and could not be used.
