Downtown location is plus point for most tourists , but car parking is very difficult to get it. Parking fees must pay between 7am to 11pm from Monday to Sunday.

The owner is non-responding and no initiative. No door code, no message via booking.com.

Nothing, because the host completely ghosted us when it came to checking in.

We booked the accommodation during our stay in Croatia. We received no information or messages from the host about the property or check-in procedures. We ended up having to write to the host ourselves, requesting the address of the place and info about checking-in, but still received no answer. We tried to call and write to the host for more than an hour until we finally contacted booking customer support. They did not receive any contact from the host either until after about 40 minutes the host told them that they are not able to host us tonight, without giving a single reason. By that time it was already very late in the evening an we were exhausted. We ended up having to book another accommodation. The booking said that the host will cancel the booking but even now when writing the review they have still not cancelled the booking and I haven’t gotten any refund yet. I would not recomment this accommodation to anyone who wants to be sure that they have a place to stay for the night.

Good location near to centrum

Unmarked small door between the exchange office and the pawn shop with a numerical lock. Took a while to get the code to the lock, the owner didn't answer the phone.There was no towel in the apartment. Next phone call to the owner, who promised to solve problem and will call back. Nothing happened, after another hour he didn't answer the phone, just sent a message “text me SMS”. He didn't respond to the text message at all, we didn't hear from him for the rest of our stay.

Unfortunately, this was a terrible experience. We arrived at the property at the agreed time, but the host never answered calls or messages. We couldn't check in and had to urgently find another place to stay. This is completely unacceptable. Booking.com support was slow to respond as well. I do not recommend this property at all.

I had a terrible experience with this property. I paid in advance and arrived with my child, but no one gave us the key. The host was completely unreachable — no replies to calls or messages. We waited for hours without any help, and eventually had to find another place to stay on our own. This was incredibly stressful, especially with a child and luggage. The whole experience was unacceptable. I would never book this place again and strongly recommend others to avoid it. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind — stay away!

There were no shower towels when we arrived, even though it was mentioned that there should be some. The host never brought them and didn't even try to fix the problem.

The location is great, very close to the centre. There was a nice chatty couple of young backpackers from Canada staying in the apartment on the floor below who were fun to talk to. There is probably younger travelers there all the time. Has a hostel feel.

The owner was okay on arrival, explained the entrance well and we let ourselves in, which we are fine with, no need to welcome us in person. Unfortunatelly when we discovered that we were not given any towels, they were not accomodating at all and failed to call us back and let us know if they will even bring the towels at all. They didn't. After that we started noticing other flaws of the place like the apartment being a bit run down, not the cleanest but not too grose, the bathroom water heater being inside the tub so it was a bit hard to shower because it's in the way and in the worst place possible. Other than that, I'd say it's fine for an overnight stay close to town, if you're not looking for too much.

Easy check-in, we felt safe.

We reserved the apartment for 3 people and the one that slept in the sofa didn’t had sheets and towel. Main fuse failed while cooking.

Big apartament with kitchen, very close to Old Town and bus station

Poor air condition , not sufficient for such a big space , close to Church where Bell is hearable from 7 am.

Location was excellent, the accommodation was spacious and well furnished. Once we got the password after a one day delay, the wifi was good.

Booking.com listed an electric jug. No jug, only a slow inefficient electric hot plate. When I queried this with the owner he virtually accused me of lying. Then he said he understood what happened - he had given our apartment to someone else, and we were in the wrong one! Owner took 24 hours before he would give us the wifi password. Only one clean saucepan, others + fyrpan were burnt/ dirty.
