Please note that pets are only allowed in the “Superior Pet Friendly Apartment” room type. Only one pet per reservation is allowed. The property can only accommodate pets weighing up to 12 kg. Pets must be kept on a leash in the property's common areas. All pets staying at the property must have an up-to-date vaccination record. Only dogs are allowed. Cats, birds, reptiles, and other animals are not permitted. A pet fee of €10 per day applies. The room holder must leave a deposit of €100, payable by card or in cash, to cover any potential damage caused by the pet. This amount will be refunded on the day of departure once our staff has confirmed that no damage has occurred in the apartment or on the premises. Please note that this building is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Periodic cleaning of the accommodations is provided, depending on the property. Half board will be a buffet dinner or a buffet served at the table, at the hotel's discretion.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. El hotel es muy tranquilo, la comida está muy rica y es variada. La zona de piscina es magnífica y muy amplia. Los apartamentos son confortables, frescos y muy espaciosos.

Falta de personal en horas punta como desayuno y cena, hay que esperar para entrar y que preparen mesas limpias. El aire acondicionado de las instalaciones dejo de funcionar el sábado y no se podía estar en las zonas comunes, comedor y demás, hacía muchísimo calor.

El apartamento son super amplios me gustó mucho. El spa TB muy bueno,

Falta de personal lo ara trabajar. Mesas terraza sin recojer todo un día, El restaurante solo da desayuno y cenas,luego para comer solo en la barra fuera en el bar...q solo hay 3 mesas y desas altas. Se notaba l@s camareros agobiados por ser pocos.

"Una estancia comoda."

El personal muy amable. La habitación con todo lo necesario para una estancia corta. Esto es referente a los apartamentos, que es donde permiten mascotas. Pero se entra y se sale por la parte del hotel. Lleve mi mascota y todo eran facilidades. Lo recomiendo al 100%

El único pero se lo pondría la cafetería. La comida no estaba muy allá. Pedimos una fritura de pescado y realmente no la recomiendo. Y el personal se sentía un poco perdido. Aunque amables.

Los salones y toda la decoración es muy bonita, los trabajadores muy amables

Para ir a los apartamentos no hay ascensor, teníamos que bajar el carro del bebé todo el rato en peso, la funda del nórdico tenía manchas amarillas.

El apartamento es tal cual las fotos, muy limpio y amplio.

Que están apartados de la zona del restaurante del hotel, y para llegar hay bastantes escaleras.

Elegimos los apartamentos porque íbamos con un bebé de año y medio. Todo estupendo, la cocina tiene todo lo necesario para poder cocinar, lo único que echamos en falta dentro de la habitación fue un microondas, pero en el restaurante del hotel tenían uno si lo necesitabas. Por lo demás todo bien.

Muy tranquilo para desconectar.

Que estaba sucio el apartamento, a primera vista parece q está bien,pero al trasluz se ven todas las manchas en muebles de cocina y mucho polvo en mesitas de noche, compré cristasol y me puse a limpiarlo. Muy descuidado la zona de los apartamentos.
