Clean and loads of space

Location was ideal as local everything. So many restaurants to choose where to eat. Pool was clean and plenty of sun loungers. Beautiful local walk to the sea.

Accomodation wasn’t a family location and was more of groups. Lots of noise at night. Furniture was basic but did the job.

The place was clean and well organized. The layout was nice. The lift was good when you can find it. The location is not bad but longer to the beach than stated.

The arrival instructions were terrible. We were sent the wrong video so spent a long time trying to figure out where the key actually was. I had to contact the property numerous times and was eventually sent the correct arrival instructions. We then couldn't find the actual property entrance and had to call again. It took us about 40 mins to get into the property. Not ideal when you have arrived late after a long days driving. I have used many many of these types of hotels. The instructions could be much better. When we finally got into the apartment everything was shut down. No electrics. I had to contact the property again. Managed to get into the switchboard and turn them on. No wifi. We contacted the property and was told they would sort it out and a technician would be over. They never turned up. After contacting them again they never responded for the rest of our stay. It was winter and they just couldn't be bothered. You have been warned. No one had done an arrival quality check to make sure everything was working or even turn on the electrics. No one had been in the place for a while to be honest. They then tried to charge us extra and I had to sort it with booking.com.

Exactly what was advertised and the agency were very good in staying in contact, answering any message or call i had no matter the time.

Through no fault of sunny deluxe we did not receive enough wristbands to access the pool. This is because of the apartment managers not sunny deluxe. They did however give us full access to another pool only 10mins away.

La cantidad de cucarachas que hemos encontrado todos los días y que me retuvo 150 euros en mi tarjeta después de hacer y confirmar la reserva. Se aprecia abandono en general del apartamento
