Air con not working from day arrive to leaving nobody came to fix it this was in December needs new pillows and mattress protectors

Spacious one bedroom, all amenities worked well, nice outdoor space.

90's decor, some things could use update, like bathroom fixtures, dining chair fabric stains. Beware of mosquitoes if leaving windows open.

Local restaurants / Sports bar was great. proximity to beach was excellent , the TV was good , the property was well equipped. Most of the time the place was nice a quiet.

The Bathroom is probably due a minor update and some of the kitchen ware. But it was fully functional except for the cork screw for the wine !

A very nice clean and spacious apartment with a view over the pool and ocean. The apartment was very well equipped and free parking on-site was a bonus. While located close to restaurants and small shops, it’s ~20 minute walk along the beach to the old town of Albuferia. Communication with our host was excellent, I felt welcomed.

Comfortable bed and lovely shower. Big balcony with furniture. Pool was well equipped with beds and parasols and the beach was approx three mins walk. Property was secured with gates. Close to main strip and 20 min walk to old town. Ubers readily available

Quiet surroundings and well equipped apartment. The pool area was clean, with plenty of sun beds and shades for the residents; good and easy access to the beach with a short walk to the Old Town area. Restaurants and convenience stores close by and free private car park.

Everything was owesome and I strongly recommend this location. The host and members of staff were promptly satisfying all demands and always eager to help
