The location is excellent. Good pool and close to the marina facilities and a short walk into the Old Town

The apartment is probably due for a refurbishment, but nothing major.

Convenient to restaurants and bars, nice pool and lovely views.

Beautiful, fully furnished apartment right on Albufeira marina. Just go down the steps outside, and you'll find shops, restaurants, and amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils and a washing machine for doing laundry. The tourist train and a taxi stop are right outside the building. There is a semi-private swimming pool open 24/7. We didn't hear noise from the marina or the other units in the building. It has everything you need to be a home away from home. The host was lovely and helpful whenever we needed him.

The pool is not heated. When it's 40°C outside, that would be an asset, but when it's not, it's a bit chilly. We found the front door of the apartment tricky to open, but once you know how to do it, it's fine. A couple of furnishings needed an upgrade (held up by books), but that did not interfere with our stay.
