Penthouse Marina

The location provides an exceptional view of the Marina. The apartment is very roomy, has attractive art on the walls and an extensive set of kitchen utensils and dishes etc. Rodrigo, our contact, met us at the arranged time, provided us with a parking pass and gave us a detailed explanation of the features of the apartment. He also responded quickly to resolve two issues that occurred ie a door to the balcony damaged during a wind storm and an interruption in electricity in the apartment. Overall our one month stay was extremely enjoyable and we would recommend the apartment to others

A few of the footstools and an Ikea chair are showing signs of wear . The fan in the second bathroom intermittently makes a high pitch noise and may need maintenance.

Lovely apartment, liked the space and the sunny terrace. Good kitchen and shower. Good location for food and entertainment without being noisy. Short walk from old town.

Just back from a fantastic holiday in Albuferia. Penthouse Marina is a lovely apartment I highly recommend this apartment to holiday makers it has everything. Brilliant location at the Marina which has a great choice of restaurants and bars.
