O condomínio é incrível , 4 piscinas restaurantes , tudo lindo , muito verde

O apartamento é todo velho , não há ar condicionado. A cozinha pra mim foi ok. A tv era uma porcaria . Mais pelo preço que paguei e pelo lugar que foi . Valeu apena . O apartamento fica perto de uma das piscinas e também da recepção. Que é mais um valia

O condomínio ao qual o apartamento pertence é espetacular! Tem 4 piscinas, restaurantes e todo ele é um jardim gigante muito bem cuidado. Já é a segunda vez que voltamos. O que nos importa é o exterior, o quarto é para dormir, estava limpo é o que nos interessa. Tendo em conta o preço que pagamos e o que recebemos dou nota 9!

O beliche não tem laterais então a cama de cima é muito pouco segura para as crianças. (mas nos outros quartos que estivemos no mesmo condomínio era igual). Uma boa alternativa é colocar o colchão de cima no chão da sala (já que o divã do sofá é muito desconfortável).

Only location is good

The apartment is only for four people. But they add 6 people . It only one room apartment . For other two people is living in dinning room like she has sofa com bed and it’s broken . My kids are not feeling comfortable. She has to add for four people for staying in an apartment. And there are not lights in room. A lot of ants in kitchen.

Nothing worst place I ever paid to stay in

Everything, it was a nightmare. Booked this apartment to stay in with my husband and 4 kids . We arrived two days before Christmas and had to leave the next morning the 24th Dec we were suppose to stay for 9 night but lasted 1 night . The place was dirty , floor weren’t swept , old sheets of wood dumped outside the front door, curtains were mouldy and didn’t fit windows . There was one radiator that didn’t work the place was freezing full of damp we never slept a hour the damp was coming up through the beds and blankets were not clean . It was terrible on the kids through the night so cold they couldn’t sleep . Balcony chair was broke too . We all ended sick I left the next day and told owner I would like a refund it was good enough but I never received a penny back and booking.com couldn’t do anything

Costumer service was on point . Everything was very clean , working and peaceful

There are a lot of apartments on the grounds and this apartment was close to the pool, reception and entrance which made it very convenient.

The hot water wasn’t working in the shower when we got there. We notified the owner via message on the booking app and he had a technician up to fix it in no time.

Le Club est magnifique mais l’appartement est un peu vieillot !

Location indeed.

Staff response was worst ever seen. Even not listening what I m saying. I would recommend not to go for this facility until n unless you go for location only. Pl dont expect much from staff anything positive.
