Casas Barulho Apartments Old Town

Really good size apartment. 4 adults stayed and we didn't get on top of each other. The big balcony was a plus We spent most of our time out there. 10-15 min walk down to old town . Lidl and aldi 10 min walk.

This is not an apartment fault but we could hear the next door tv The elderly neighbor had it blaring from 7 in the morning. We could hear people in other apartment's phones buzzing with an alarm also same time. The side gate people just let it slammed shut. But i wouldn't let this put you off we still had an amazing time

Apartment was bright and spacious, good facilities, 10 min walk from old town, area itself seemed more residential than holiday goers but that was ok. Nice size pool, had it more of less to ourselves and a little boy living in apartment block. First time having a washing machine on holidays and wow, what a life saver with a small baby and returning to bad weather in Ireland I’d all washing done before coming home.

While apartment looked clean, as the baby crawled around she got filthy as the floor was dirty, it’s tiled throughout so a good scrub of floors would make a difference. Terrace nice and spacious but could do with freshening up and removing old cigarette ends from flower pots. Maybe put some flowers in the pots Kitchen could be freshened up, paint coming off cupboards. Area seems more residential and the neighbour (old lady next door) had tv full blast each night until 11 pm and again at 7am each morning, not a big deal as I wasn’t out partying with a baby but it get annoying with it been so loud. Pool area - really nice pool but the sun loungers are filthy and all broken, really need a few new ones

Lovely apartment. Had everything you would need. About 10 minute walk from old town.

Sunloungers all broken around pool. And there were only about 4 down there. Drains did smell a few times aswell throughout the week.

Everything was great! Apartment have everything you need, very clean and beautiful space. We spent a wonderful time in Albufeira and our only regret is that we went to Lagos :)

Lovely apartment, clean, excellent facilities and helpful host. Beds were also so comfortable and the AC was absolutely brilliant.

We were plagued by seagull poo (obviously not the propertys fault!) but something to be aware of that you will need to clean and mop the balcony throughout your stay. Would have been very nice if there were some comfortable chairs around the pool area as some were cracked and broken.
