Casas Barulho Apartments Old Town

I like the whole apartment very much because it is clean and provide all things we need for a vacation which is provided in the description. Ruben is super nice, always reply very fast and responsible for timing but also accept flexibility. The property is close to old town and the beach within walking distance and within 10 minutes walking you have access to restaurants and shopping malls. Ruben also provided us with a guidebook to tell us all details during our stay. We also like the swimming pool a lot! The apartment also has good ventilation so inside it never becomes super hot. Air conditioner also works perfectly! We really enjoyed our vacation a lot here!

my sister had booked the apartment the week before me and my girlfriends. we had asked the owner to leave the products they had bought for us. when we arrived there was nothing. no olive oil, no dishwashing paste, no laundry, no pq, nothing. moreover, we came to party and at 10:00 p.m. we were asked to make less noise while we were just on the terrace with some music. lately, a chair was broken when we arrived, we had to pay for the chair and IN ADDITION 20€ for the construction. we are really not happy and do not recommend this apartment.

I Like that the property was very clean and had every thing you needed for a self catering holiday. Also the location was very central only a short walk from all the amenities, I also liked the privacy of the pool area

Beautiful apartment; so clean, spacious living area, access to a lovely outdoor pool, big balcony with a table for outdoor dining as well as two sun loungers. Fab location and the on the street free parking is ideal if you've rented a car. We could fault anything. Shampoo, shower gel, etc. are provided and there's also plenty of glasses, cutlery and anything else you'll need. Also, the beds are very comfy!! A Bolt or taxi to the Strip is only €3.75 and the Old Town and beach are within walking distance. Check in is so easy, it really was a hassle free stay. We would definitely recommend this apartment and will be booking it again soon for ourselves. Thank you for such a gorgeous stay Ruben!

We really enjoyed our stay at Casas Barulho. The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped. The location is perfect, just a 10 minute walk from the old town. Would thoroughly recommend and hope to visit again soon!

First and foremost, host was Amazing - gave us a tour of the apartment, recommended restaurants, places to visit and tours! The apartment has lots of light and is very spacious. It's very clean as well. And we had our towels changed which was a pleasant surprise as this is not a hotel. Each room has an AC so you'll be safe in the heat as well. The terrace is just lovely - the view is great and it's a nice place to hang out or have breakfast. Another amazing thing is a pool accessible for residents of this building. As the ocean was a bit chilly we swam it closer to the evening when it's the warmest. But because we have this pool we just had a lovely time swimming and sunbathing during the day! This is a shared pool but we met other people there just once

Everything was great. The only thing we didn't really enjoy was the steep uphill when coming back from the old city
