A beautiful apartment equipped with everything a young family would need. Very central location yet quiet at night. Comfortable beds. The apartment has two balconies with one overlooking the pool- fantastic

Can't fault the apartment, we had a buggy and are glad we didn't need to use the stairs. We didn't see any lifts. We had difficulty setting up the TV but customer service helped us via few simple texts. We weren't aware that bins can be dropped/recycled at bin points on main footpaths. As a result rubbish building up until another guest told us.

It was very clean. Very big and spacious. The pool was clean

Mould/ dampness in bedrooms. Uncomfortable beds. Sitting room furniture (sofa) poor quality & dirty. Leaking kettle..reported, not replaced. 3rd bedroom was basically a mattress on the floor.

stairs make it difficult to get in or out with luggage.
