LOCATION VERY HANDY FOR LOCAL TESCO EXPRESS,AND ALDEBURGH SEAFRONT.ALSO VERY QUITE DURING THE NIGHT.

The en-suite bathroom plumbing needs a good service for the following reasons: When filling the bath a substantial amount of water seeped out under the bath panel(informed your office on day of departure),spreading across the floor.Hence no use of bath. Hot water flow very slow bath,and sink,bath waste slow to empty,shower on mixer taps always dripping into bath. SINK,and water supply in kitchen fine.

The exterior looked tired and in need of maintenance. The interior is also tired and needs remodelling, The bedroom carpet is worn and there is a stain on the duvet from a previous accident. It's best described as dowdy.

Good location, sensible key safe,

Clean and quiet not too far from the town and beach

It was cold, heating hadn't been turned on and it was heated with storage radiators so the first day there wasn't any heating and it was 6 degrees outside.

Quiet, easy parking, nearby supermarket, walking distance to centre, outdoor space

Very clean and spacious. Spotless kitchen, all cooking facilities and utensils.
