En general las áreas están cuidadas, pero nada mas.

Todo, el departamento es muy viejo, tiene artefactos en mal estado, algunos hongos en los baños, no hay calefacción y nuestros hijos pasaron frío. Hay un calentador oleo eléctrico que no es suficiente para nada. El agua caliente no tiene suficiente presión, la ducha rota, cobran limpieza pero hay que dejar la loza lavada si no te cobran multa. Debes dejar una garantía en efectivo al ingreso. Los sartenes un asco y ya sin teflón, las camas ya no dan mas. Alfombra sobre alfombra, no quisimos averiguar que había abajo. Mala experiencia.

Se puede mejorar algunos implemntos de cocina y la ventana de terraza de corredera.
