Diamond City Lux Apartment

Beautiful apartment with everything you could possibly want. Excellent location, very quiet but only two minutes walk to restaurants/shops. Lots of hot water, great shower, aircon, and parking space;two terraces so you can sit in sun or shade at any time. Good sized bedrooms. Maria, our host, was superb and went above and beyond what anyone would expect - the most perfect host and so very kind, we really couldn’t thank her enough.

Die Lage der Wohnung mit zwei Balkonen und Privatparkplatz. Nur wenige Schritte von der Promenade entfernt aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Maria ist eine herzliche und wunderbare Gastgeberin. Sie tut alles um den Urlaub unvergesslich zu machen. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Maria hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns dann auch noch Abendessen geholt. Auch Wasser, Wein, Bier und Softdrinks sowie kleine Kuchen und Schokolade waren im Kühlschrank . Bade-und Handtücher von guter Qualität sind reichlich vorhanden. Auch Strandutensilien (Campingstühle und Sonnenschirm) können kostenlos genutzt werden. Wohnung und Haus sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Unser Highlight waren die zwei Balkone. Wir haben nur in der Wohnung gefrühstückt aber man könnte auch kochen. Geschirr und Gläser alles reichlich vorhanden sowie Geschirrspülmaschine mit Tabs. Maria - wir möchten uns nochmal bei dir und deinem Mann für die unvergessliche Woche und die Präsente bedanken. Wir können die Wohnung ohne wenn und aber für einen Aufenthalt in Argostoli empfehlen.

Greatly positioned in the centre of the city, yet a street away from the main road so its nice and quiet at night. The apartment itself is lovely and we enjoyed the fact its split over two floors and the fact there are two balconies , providing either sun or shade. In general, this was the best equipped apartment we ever stayed in , perfectly cleaned and maintained.

Everything was great.

The location was excellent, close to everything we needed. The lady who owns the apartment welcomed us with such warmth and kindness that we immediately felt at home. After a long journey, we were greeted with a delicious hot meal and dessert, which was truly a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Clean and comfortable. Wonderful balcony on either side and all the added extras such as washing pods/cleaning products, cooking essential. Felt very safe as just me and my daughter. Beds super comfy. Parking space was fabulous

Appartamento molto pulito, attrezzatissimo e tutto funzionante. Posizione top, vicino a tutto. Abbiamo trovato anche tutto il necessario per la spiaggia. Maria è un host unica, gentile, disponibile e generosa.

This is a lovely apartment in a superb location. It is close to the small square of Plateia Kampanas where the locals go, which has a relaxing and friendly family atmosphere. The main living area is accessible via a lift and has two balconies, one facing NW and one SE, so you have the choice where to sit and enjoy the outdoors, based on the weather/time of day. There is a fully supplied kitchen, even having a choice of balsamic vinegars and olive oil for your salads! It is equipped to allow a full cooking experience, unlike most SC catering lets in my long experience. There is a downstairs toilet for convenience and a dishwasher and washing machine, both with everything supplied. On the balconies and in the living area are beautiful plants and flowers supplied by the island's leading florists. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a small interior bathroom, with all the toiletries supplied. The beds were superbly comfortable and the AC was very quiet, so didn't get in the way of sleep at all. Maria, the host, couldn't do enough for us. We were greeted with a homemade Greek salad and the offer of Gyros. She also arranged our taxi to the airport for our return and was always available to answer any questions we might have. A wonderful experience and true Filoxenia, like the Greece I first encountered long ago.

We felt that a walk-in shower would be a better option than the bath/shower combo, which, if you have short legs, isn't that easy to get in and out of. A handrail on the stairs would also make going down them feel more secure. In the main downstairs area we would suggest more surface space for guests to put their own items would be helpful. None of these prevented us from having a wonderful time.
