Amazing location right in between nissi beach and center of Ayia Napa so you can either walk or use public transportation. Lot of supermarkets and restaurants in couple of steps from the studio. Studio is really big and comfortable and clean Excellent value of quality and price. Communication with the host is great and you will get all the instructions you need in timely maner. In little kitchen you will have everything you need for preparing the light meals but i would recommend to go out and eat . Great place to stay for solo travelers and couples . Would definitely go there again.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the Apartment was very clean and large with everything you need .location is perfect really close to restaurants shops and beaches.the Host is so helpful and friendly. Information sent before we arrived was excellent even a video of how to get to apartment from the street and pin codes.anytime we text them their reply was straight away 👌. I would highly recommend Nissi Studio Apartments for anyone wanting a great place to stay perfect location and a really good price .Thanks for a great time away .would definitely recommend and stay here again 10 out of 10

Dirty sheets and no duvet covers on arrival

We were in Ayia Napa for a wedding, so the location was great for us. It was also a very short walk to one of the many beaches in the area, and the others weren't too much further either. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby too. The communication from the owner was excellent.

We had an issue with the shower not draining properly. There was a lot of noise from the bar/restaurant next door, especially over the weekend. The music would go on until around 2am. If there had been a shutter, it would have blocked out a lot of noise from the road, too.

Location was good. Strong air conditioning made it comfortable, the bed was big and the room was spacious.

The shower would often flood into the room, as there seemed to be some drainage issues.

I love the space in the apartment and the balcony.

The bathroom door didn’t close fully / lock.

Location good, nice and spacious room. Very friendly and helpful host.

Bed sheets could cover the duvets for more clean and comfortable feeling.
