Nissi Avenue 64 Studio 1 - Luxcyservices

Everything was as described in the listing, the closest beach was 5 mins away, nissi beach 20 minutes on foot or 4 min by bus (bus station very close to the apartment). the property was clean, tidy and seemed like it was recently renovated. Regarding the food options, there are some restaurants on the closest beach that serve breakfast and in terms of lunch and dinner there is a Greek taverna 7 min walking. Last but not least, the host was very welcoming and the communication with him was great. Thanks for everything!

The only two things that can be improved were: - the balcony’s sliding doors, they weren’t isolating the sound very well and you can easily hear people on the street yelling, - and not having a mop (during and after a shower a good amount of water wasn’t going to the drain but it was leaking out of the walk-in shower to the living room.

could have been better equipped. needs a toaster and broom, the sandy floor became quite unpleasant. a week is a long time to go without a towel change on a beach holiday and we had no way of washing the ones we had

Near the sea. Instructions for the room very specific. Easy to find. Host very helpful 😊 Recommendion A broom would be nice to have for the sand.

Everything was great. Bed sheets and towels were changed many times. Quick reaction for solving the problems. Also had some pleasant fruit gifts from owners.

The location was within walking distance of shops and the beach. On the main road but not noisy as we expected. Parking was provided at the back of the building. The room was spacious and the kitchen well appointed. It was clean and comfortable with all facilities and a hair dryer, Chris met us and showed us around and was nearby if we needed help,

A microwave would be useful although there was a hot plate. The freezer was a bit small for ice etc but okay for a short stay.

Studio is very spacious, great location. Supermarket and bus stops are very close, as well as a few beaches. We had one towel/linen change during our stay. It was enough for us.

There were no microwave and nothing to sweep the floors.
