SerenityOne - Centrally located One Bedroom Apt

The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and in a central location. Parking was conveniently available on the side. The apartment also had shower gel and other essentials. Ioannis, the host, was very friendly and responded quickly when exchanging messages. They welcomed us with a bottle of wine and water. We highly recommend this place.

Great location, very close to beach and restaurants. For us, as a family with a child, the proximity of the beach was a very important criterion.

All the amenities were ok, but there is always room fire more.

There were some ants in the property. It’s a very common problem in Cyprus but it could probably be addressed a bit more extensively.

Great location. Apartment has plenty of space and everything you need for living. Bus stop is just few minutes of walk. Host is very helpful.

It would nice to have more hangers for towels, clothes, shower stuff in bathroom. Sofa in the living room looks tired and needs refreshment.

Everything was perfect. The owner is so kind and nice. Excellent and clean apartment. Very close to the center and all the bars. Highly recommend

The flat is central the flat contains everything necessary for a one-week stay

the bed linen was slightly worn.

The location was in the center. The bed and sofa were confortable. The TV was big and it came with Netflix account. We received a botle of wine and a botle of water. There was parking space. We asked for extra blanket and we got it. The two air conditioning units were very useful at night to make warm. The washing machine came in handy. The fridge was very useful.

The apartment was not very clean, there was dust and we got our socks dirty on the first day. There was no soap in the bathroom (I traveled a lot and this was a first), so we bought one. We got some small shower gels and shampoos, not enough, so we bought a big one. There was no kitchen towel, so we bought paper towels. The area can get very noisy at night and the windows are not sound proof. The alley is dark, no lights and that may be a reason for people shouting and screaming at night when leaving the clubs, as they park there. The lock on the door is rough, my 14 yrs old boy, nor my wife couldn't open it, just me. The water pipes have an issue as there is sometimes intermitent pressure in the bathroom. Also the cieling has signs of leakage and fungus maybe. Also the total surface of the aptm. is less then presented (70 sqm), I would say around 40-45 sqm.

The Karaoke bar nearby was loud but that’s to be expected with such a central location. For us, the bright and spacious apartment outweighed the noise outside.

Close to a karaoke bar. Heard people singe untill 2 in the morning.
