SerenityOne - Centrally located One Bedroom Apt

Really comfortable appartment with all appliances we needed: from hairdryer to washing machine and ironing board. Dining room is spacious and comfy. We didn't use balcony much as we stayed in November but for summer its a bargain) Bedroom is full of light as it has two windows. And for sleepy mornings - blackout curtains are available) This appartment is in the center of the center! So if you're not party lover please avoid Agia Napa) And if you like buzzing atmosphere of this perfect place - Serenity appartment is the best.

The apartment is situated central but on a calm side street, you can park directly in front or behind the apartment. The mattress was very comfortable - so the couch also. It's a lot of space (the showed pictures an booking are correct, so you don't have to worry about bad surprises). All was very clean. The wifi worked perfect and you can use netflix on tv. The kitchen is well equiped with everything you need for cooking, the fridger includes a little freezer which is very practically (you just have to buy things like salt/oil/etc...) - there was even some dish soap. The water is warm/hot without problem and the pressure is good as well (if you know how to do). The balcony is very big with a small grill, so you can even grill something in the evening and it's nice arranged so nobody can watch you that obviously. The neighbours are uncomplicated (we never got in touch with them - just heard sometimes a little through the wall in the living room - so they may us just like that, but that wasn't nasty at all). There were enough towels and there's a washing machine, so you can wash all your clothes without problems. The owner was very kind and check-in/out was really uncomplicated - we could even stay one hour longer and when we arrived first evening and had some problems with the hot water he came in an instant even at 10pm to help us and everything worked immaculately. All in all really comfortable, nice accommodation for an extraordinairy price - so i'd advice to get it before it's getting more expensive 😉 Absolutely recommended!!

We havn't to complain about anything. 😀 As you can see on comments before, the apartment is really central, that means the main street (with lot of bars/restaurants/shops/etc. including karaoke-bar) is just one street away, so it can be noisy (but it's also some kind of amusing) - maybe it's good to now in advance. We know that, and it didn't matter at all, we were sleeping well. If the windows are closed, it's not that noisy at all, the ac worked well so however...

Great apartment in the center! It is equipped with all the necessary things for a stay. The terrace is very big and great for chill. :) Communication with the owner was also excellent.
