The old cozy building. The terrace is awesome. The whole atmosphere in the three storey maisonette. The bigger bathroom. We like hiking in the vineyards around. Bacharach (town) nearby is lovely.

Due to the charming old building and its beams of wood, I (1.84 m, 6 foot) had to watch my head in several places. One of the two bathrooms is rather small.

It was a super fun place! Love these older houses they have so many interesting quirks to discover. Location was perfect for us.

There were a couple of things the cleaning person did not do but when I reached out they were so quick to resolve the issue.

Traditional style half-timbered home that was quite cozy

The apartment is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It's also spacious with a lovely large bathroom and kitchen. The hosts were flexible and allowed for early check-in at an additional fee. It was great to find coffee and tea in the cupboard! Also, the unit has a dishwasher, which was very useful to us.

I didn't realise that the unit was a 20-minute walk from the centre of town where the restaurants and shopping are. This proved to be difficult with a tired toddler after a long-haul flight and with no car. Fortunately, the Tourist Information office was extremely friendly and called us a cab from the train station (they are 5 minutes from the train station). The cab service was great and we used them a few times. Too bad we didn't know how far town was before we started walking to find lunch! I would recommend going by car if you stay at this apartment. Also, the hosts prefer two-day stays, and this was not made clear when booking through the app.

big big house with fantastic terrace you can spend the whole day alone, two or with kids. calm area 15 mins from the main city.

Very special, modern apartment in a very old building. Clean. Comfortable. Quiet area close to Bacharach center.

There were many bugs, some very large, inside the first night. It was too warm to leave windows closed. Once the lights were out it was not a problem.
